What is twelve? It is 8+ foot video screens, Wii, Rock Band, XBox, ping pong and foosball. It is Friday catered lunch, unlimited drinks, breakfast and lunch goodies all day, every day. It is a light-filled open, retro hangout with giant bean bags and informal meeting areas. It is fierce competition or pure relaxation… It is twelve.

Paid time off — Take a long weekend to the San Juans or spend a week touring Europe. Our generous time-off policy allows you ample time to take a break and relax. All employees receive 15 days during their first year of service. After one year, you earn an additional day each year, up to a maximum of 20 days off.

Sick leave — Need to go to a doctor's appointment? Kids sick? Not feeling well? No problem! Our sick leave policy gives you the flexibility to manage your health without feeling guilty and without sacrificing a vacation day. All employees are given five days each year for sick leave.

Parental leave — Be there for those special moments in your life. Each employee is entitled to one week of paid time off for the birth or adoption of a child for themselves, spouse or domestic partner.

Wellness reimbursements — Wellness is the key to good health. We offer our employees a $30 monthly reimbursement toward healthy lifestyle choices. Join a health club, practice martial arts, enjoy therapeutic massage, utilize a weight loss program…all of these and more are eligible for reimbursement!
