Statewide award recognizes company

The award was presented on June 30, 2005 at Washington CEO's award reception and dinner at the Grand Hyatt Seattle.

Washington CEO's "Best Company to Work For" award program encompasses large, medium and small companies, and not-for-profit organizations. Judging is based upon key workplace attributes including employee loyalty, retention, benefits, leadership, communication, training, and rewards and recognition. The "Best Companies to Work For" are selected based on employee opinions made through anonymous surveys, and input from an independent panel of judges selected by Washington CEO magazine. Over 200 companies applied for this year's awards.
