W3 Data Announces Name Change to WhitePages.com, Inc.

SEATTLE-March 31, 2005

W3 Data, Inc. today announced that effective immediately the company's name has been changed to WhitePages.com, Inc. The new name is reflective of the company's position as the leading independent provider of online directory assistance services to consumers and businesses of all sizes.

The company's consumer services business will continue as WhitePages.com Network, which encompasses a group of company-owned sites including WhitePages.com, WhitePages.ca, 411.com and PhoneNumber.com, and 1,300+ partner sites. W3 Data now identifies the company's business service, which includes Prospect411, BatchAppend411, API411 and EnterpriseDA.
