WhitePages.com Appoints Vice President of W3 Data Solutions
Patrick Kirtland brings depthy of experience from Microsoft and Cranium

WhitePages.com, Inc., a leading provider of online directory assistance services, today appointed Patrick Kirtland as vice president, W3 Data Solutions. Kirtland will oversee the strategic direction of the company's Data Solutions division including the development of sales, marketing and channel programs. Kirtland will play an instrumental role in further expanding the company's presence in several vertical markets and building on the division's more than 300 percent increase in revenue since 2003.
The W3 Data Solutions products include Prospect411, BatchAppend411, API411 and EnterpriseDA. These products provide directory assistance and contact information solutions for businesses of all sizes, including small, home offices and Fortune 100 corporations. From web-accessible "self-serve" tools to an XML-based API, Data Solutions offers products that help businesses reduce costs and improve efficiency by leveraging the most up-to-date publicly available contact information in their marketing and operations.

Kirtland is a seasoned leader with experience developing and growing new categories in the enterprise, small business and consumer segments. Prior to WhitePages.com, Kirtland served as director, new business at Cranium, Inc., where he identified and evaluated new categories for future brand extensions. Prior to Cranium, Kirtland served as vice president of product marketing at Etrieve Corporation where he drove marketing for products and services that support wireless access to corporate networks. Kirtland also served as a group product manager for new business models at the Microsoft Corporation where he led a company-wide project to develop a new business model to support Microsoft's "software as a service" vision.
