We work with the best and therefore we encourage our employees to be a professor for a day. WhitePagers present mini-courses to their fellow employees on their areas of expertise or on hot topics to facilitate informal knowledge sharing and encourage continuous learning.

A group we regularly host meetups for includes The Seattle Ruby on Rails Developers, full of eager and insightful Ruby on Rails users. In particular, we host some of the group's educational and networking meetups where all attendees can learn together and network with one another.
